Then it is time to relax

Sit comfortable and close your eyes

Once you have connected you will know

Such a relaxing place to go

Once there you will find

You connect with your subconscious mind

Depending on what you want to achieve

When you wake you will not believe

You are in such a relaxed state

A state that is hard to recreate

Whether its to stop smoking or strengthening you will find

Just how powerful it is the mind

In a situation you would once react

Now there is no going back

Maybe you used to have a wall

Now it is not there at all

You may have used to smoke

Take a drag now and you want to choke

Possibly a problem with anger

Now you are much calmer
